Seektable building appears to conflict with MKV's own internal
seektables, so it would be better not to build them on those files at
all.  I don't know mythcommflag internals well at all, so I'm not sure
what log verbosity would be appropriate (and the only advice I can
offer is that generally MKV files seek better without them).
