The, "Yes," was an answer to the question, "It is expected that while 
sitting doing nothing in Watch Recordings to utilize 100% CPU ?"

There are other things happening, too, including animations.  But the 
point is, until we've improved efficiency (or, if it's a bug, /found/ 
and fixed the bug), what you see is the expected result.  So, if your 
system can't handle it, your choices are to diagnose the problem and 
find a solution or use a different theme or use a different system.
