It's not a myth code limitation, but libdvdnav/libdvdcss3 require
block-level access to the ISO or disk, meaning essentially it needs to
access it like a raw drive.  Since myth's streaming isn't a block
device, it can't navigate or decrypt.  There are some ideas on how to
work around this, but they would be implemented for .23 at the
earliest.
