We're working on this right now. Make sure you a) are running the most
current revision of trunk/-fixes--at /least/ r22546. If you're using
trunk, just restart mythfrontend and all will work. If you're using
-fixes, restart mythfrontend with:
mythfrontend -O Theme=Terra
then go into Utilities/Setup|Setup|Appearance and change the Theme.

Since the guy who wrote the Terra theme has slaved for the last 19months
doing a conversion of MythTV to use MythUI (doing more volunteer work on
that alone--ignoring all his other work on Myth--than some people I've
worked with have completed in their full-time programming jobs in the
same time), he ran out of time. If you want to finish things up by
finding some license-compatible images for the missing ones, feel free
to help out. After all, it is Free and Open Source Software... (and,
though you might not know it from the number, quality, and size of the
changes he's making, Stuart Morgan actually has other things to do
besides MythTV).
