Sorry I misread that. The wiki says the HD-3000
(http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/PcHDTV_HD-3000) will do ATSC and NTSC.
Generally capture cards don't make a distinction between HD and SD (eg
QAM and ATSC can be SD or HD). They make the distinction between
analog and digital and then the encoding. I know some of the some of
the Hauppauge HVR cards have analog and digital tuners but I don't
know what the current driver support is.
