[mythtv-users] upgraded but still using old libraries

Mythtv by default will install in /usr/local

You installed 0.21 either using packages (most install myth in /usr)
or compiled with --prefix=/usr

You need to decide where you want myth installed, and recompile with
the proper --prefix
