[mythtv-users] Moving pause OSD to the top of the screen?

I often try to read subtitles on pause and the pause OSD prints right on top
of where the subtitles are.

I tried to change the OSD theme but that doesn't seem to move the pause OSD
from the bottom of the screen to the top.

How does one do that?
