Nope. It's got a fan in there. It's not too bad if you're watching something.
It might be annoying if it's sitting idle in your bedroom. OTOH, both the Revo
and Asrock 330 have relatively well placed power switches. So you can switch
the buggers off when not in use.
The lack of an off switch on the ATV always annoyed me.
The Asrock I have sitting in the bedroom where the ATV used to sit is
usually powered off as the wife doesn't like fan noise or the light on the
power switch.
I've not put much effort into silencing either device. Although I have
played around with the asrock BIOS a bit to get it's fan to be quieter.
