No, it's working with DVB-S (on Satellite), 0.22 works fine with DVB- 
S2 too (works for me) so we should be good if BBC & ITV HD decide to  
go S2 at some point.

One exists but it's a piece of broadcast engineering gear, so quite  
expensive and needs a Windows driver to decode DVB-T2
