[mythtv-users] Slow program guide using opengl or qt

I have seen various posts about a slow UI, but all to do with peripheral
aspects like no acceleration etc.

This is Myth 0.22, nVidia accelerated graphics, compiled, and the same
problem applies to all interface styles and themes.

The interface is generally fast using OpenGL, but (specifically) the
program guide takes 5 secs to move up or down a line. Moving right or
left takes longer than it should - about a second. The program finder is
fine and there is no appreciable CPU usage (3%).

Suggestions gratefully received. Is this a bug?
