[mythtv-users] How do you add commands to mythbuntu applications pull-down?

I have tried everything I can think of to figure out how this works
and only managed to cause two instances of mythwelcome to be launched
at login -- not a pretty sight -- took awhile to get one of them
closed so I could do anything at all.

What is a method for adding commands to the applications pull-down
list?  If it is anything like the files in ~/.config/autostart, where
do I find details on the syntax?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
