I just deleted all the channels from my freeview source (sourceid 1) in
mythweb.

Did a full rescan for All data types in mythsetup and selected "ignore
timeout".

Then ran my modified version of the sql channel script posted earlier (to
update the channel number and xmltvid), and finally a mythfilldatabase.

Everything is fine and my scheduled recordings have all updated as
expected. I've even managed to fix an issue where not all of my channels
had an icon :)

Cheers
