entry is actually correct in that it's only partial acceleration for
MPEG1/2 and VC1 on Feature set A, with partial acceleration meaning
just that bitstream decoding is done on the CPU and IDCT and motion
compensation done on the GPU.

In any case, as you said, there is really functionally little
difference from a CPU utilization standpoint between those 2 feature
sets.
