0.22-fixes or trunk will no longer work because the preference for UK
DVB-T scanning expects 2k transmission mode transports to be found.

I happened to be digging in the scanning code last week & noted this,
so being forewarned about the mode change came up with a patch
attached to http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/7688

Tuned scans with only frequency details entered (everything else left
to AUTO) should continue to work fine.

AFAIK all UK DVB-T transmissions will change to 8k 64QAM when analogue
is switched off in your region.
