the debug symbols.

Feel free to update the Ubuntu section to including specifics (i.e. what 
repos to add, how to add them, what command to run to install the 
symbols--and, potentially, what command to run to uninstall them).

(I've only been asking for someone to update the Ubuntu section for 9 
months, now (
