Hi David,

Thanks for that; I have seen that interface before, infact it may have
been you that pointed me in it's direction. For me it is not an
agreeable interface as it is copying the remote-controller paradigm
which doesnt lend itself to touch-tablets where there is no
feel-feedback of location; like there is with button shapes and
markings on a physical remote.

Due to this you end up see-sawing between reading the TV screen and
the tablet screen; rather than interacting with information and button
actions on the tablet screen and reverting to watching the TV once you
have completed what ever action you were looking to perform.
