[mythtv-users] multirec works but the scheduler never uses it for consecutive recordings

When I ran Bill Cizek's HDHomeRun multirec patch for 0.21
(subsequently incorporated into 0.22), the behavior you ask for was
available by also using his rework of another patch that provided
two-pass scheduling versus the stock scheduler's one-pass method.

Sadly, the patch does not apply to 0.22.
