[mythtv-users] mythweb doesn't work after upgrade

That did not work.  However, I tried using yum instead (I know it is
probably a bad idea to sometimes use yum and sometimes use smart, but
sometimes it does get the programs installed).  It pulled in
perl-Math-Round and installed mythweb, so looks like I am good to go
now.
