How are you running GDB on mythfrontend? I re-installed X, Mythtv, Nvidia,
and the offending library with no success. Mythfrontend still segfaults and
crashes on startup.
I get the following error:

This GDB was configured as "i486-linux-gnu"...
"/usr/bin/mythfrontend": not in executable format: File format not
