[mythtv-users] svn.mythtv.org down?

I've been unable to do access mythtv.org's svn server for several days.  Is it 
down, or has something changed that has closed off my access such as the 
addition of user authentication?  

# cd mythsvn/release-0-21-fixes//mythtv
# svn log -r head:base
svn: OPTIONS 
of 'http://svn.mythtv.org/svn/branches/release-0-21-fixes/mythtv': could not 
connect to server (http://svn.mythtv.org)
# 

I can reach it via http access from a web browser, but not through svn.
I reinstalled svn just for grins, and I tried retrieving the 
release-0-21-fixes to a different directory (new retrieval) but it failed in 
the same way.
