Wait on using the mythbuntu weekly builds for another week as the
DeviceReadBuffer-polltimeout.2.patch patch has not been incorporated yet
(the patch was incorporated into trunk only a few hours ago).  In the mean
time, feel free to use my repo on launchpad which has the patch built in (I
am also building the latest trunk as I type this).

Once the weekly builds get updated to the latest trunk (and possibly they
incorporate mythbrowser into the mythplugins package) I am going to close
