At least on Ubuntu Hardy 1048576 is the _default_ max block size
( nfs-kernel-server: Installed: 1:1.1.2-2ubuntu2.2 )
Though this may be an Ubuntu/Debian specific patch _or_ a default from
newer NFS server...
