[mythtv-users] Timing my (software) upgrade

My current mythbox was installed with FC8 and Myth .21 just as FC9 was coming out.

It has all of the FC8 updates. It does everything I want. No complaints. The only time I leave the mythfrontend (beyond starting up and shutting down . . . I turn the host off to save on electricity) is when Comcast mucks up the channel map.

Naturally, I'm wondering when to upgrade to a later Fedora version and Myth .22 :-)

Is there a sort of accepted "that's long enough" period for a release (speaking Fedora 11) to be out before leaping in?

The only system change I anticipate is swapping my Happauge 150 for a QAM tuner. (I have a pcHDTV3000, but I'd like a second digital tuner.) The Happague 2250 looks like it will be sweet once it is supported . . . I suppose that would be the logical time to do a release upgrade.
