[mythtv-users] Play DVD option is no longer in Optical Disks menu

I hate to post what must be a very basic question, but searching
the forums and mythtv web pages hasn't yielded any useful results.

I upgraded from Mythbuntu 8.10 to 9.0.4 a week ago and just noticed
that the Play DVD option is missing from the Optical Disks menu.

This was present (and working) just prior to the upgrade, and I
can still access the DVD player from outside of mythTv using mplayer
or xine.

All other functionality appears to be present and working well: just
no DVD support at all.

Any thoughts to help a clueless user?
