Single or dual core Atom board with four SATA ports, a PCI slot and a
PCI-express slot.

Second linked article mentions 4 watt/8 watt power draw for
single/dual core boards respectively, but this seems very low
considering the GMA 950 chipset and compared to other nettop boards
already using the same CPU/chipset combo.

It's an industrial board so probably very expensive and hard to get
hold of, which is a shame. Otherwise it looks great for an
ultra-low-power always-on backend (if the numbers are right). I'd love
to see it available through consumer channels.
