Thanks Mike.

I ran 'optimise' from within the Mythbuntu control panel after I had 
'repaired' inside phpmyadmin. I didn't want to 'optimise' before 
'repairing' in case optimising things made the broken bit un-recoverable.

Thanks for letting my know that's safe to do next time.
