Import it as a tv-recording, myth will suggest a channel and a
starttime, tell myth how long the recording is supposed to be. Mediainfo
will tell you.
Someone suggested to make a short recording and then swap that with the
one you want to 'edit'. But the info in mytht's database will be
'short-recording-time' in relation to many-many frames. So the
time/frame ratio will be way off.
The do what you did as mentioned below.
