Because CSS is broken and has been for a while it is straneg that people 
think that they can sue others because they might lose a piece of the 
pie. DRM is never effective for a long while.
They even call CSS involving trade secrets so they proceed behind closed 
doors, etc. How strange is a judge that allows that?
What type of society allows this to happen?
