I've only gotten vdpau working recently with the mythbuntu trunk
builds, but it doesn't seem to always work with time stretch.  mpeg2
from an hdhr seems to run fine at 1.5x and cpu usage seems to increase
~1.5-2x.  h.264 from an hdpvr doesn't play right with time stretch.
The audio and video both get a bit jerky, but there's no obvious
increase in playback speed.  I'm using an 8200 IGP, maybe faster,
stand-alone cards can do better.
