Definitely... When I moved to the US from the UK, live TV here was pretty
much unwatchable for me... Add to that a wife who used to surf thru the
channels during the (frequent) commercial breaks.... Well, I made if for
about 6 months.. then bought a TiVo... then got a MythTV box.... I don't do
commercial flagging yet, but the 30 sec skip is a wonderful thing.
