Your system is using different identifiers on startup (i.e. DHCP is
causing the IP address to change or ...) or your ~/.mythtv/config.xml or
mysql.txt (which could exist in any number of places) is wrong.
I don't know how Ubuntu does their config.xml/mysql.txt stuff, so I'll
let an Ubuntu user help.
