[mythtv-users] Cannot find mythtv-setup

If you've done an svn source install; run configure; done a 'make' and
a 'make install' - then hundreds of things *could* have gone wrong.

You need to give a bit more information if anyone here is going to be
able to guess what it is.

If mythtv-setup is missing then presumably the "make install" failed,
which could be because the make failed which could be due to lots of
things.

Any error messages along the way?
