And how is this different from the construcion of "other websites
where users may embed the Content" which is explicitly allowed by the
Hulu terms of service?

If Boxee were to set up such a web site and have the Boxee client work
by rendering hulu.boxee.com with all actual content delivered by deep
linking to hulu.com, would that be allowed?
