Any Myth transcode which is a lossless transcode (MPEG-2 to MPEG-2
using the "lossless" checkbox in transcode profiles) will result in an
MPEG container. Any transcode which involves compression/non-lossless
transcode, or which is originally in an NUV conatiner will result in
an NUV container. So, more or less, if the original container format
is MPEG and the video is MPEG-2 and you use the lossless transcode
option, you will get an MPEG out. If any combination of the following
is true:

Originally NUV
Not MPEG-2 video codec
Non-lossless transcode

then you will get an NUV.

* Before anyone starts yammering about the caveats, the above
obviously only applies to transcodes done by mythtranscode.
