When I start mythfrontend, I get a horrible orange/yellow display of random
boxes, obviously supposed to be the first screen one gets. Just rectangles, no
text. I this it's the one that asks you for your language. If I hit escape, I
get another screen full of weird coloured rectangles, and then escape again
quits. The terminal I run this from shows zillions of paint errors.

Like I said, it's obviously trying to use the QT4 libraries and failing. I have
run -fixes before in the past, but that's not going to help much if 2009.1 is
all QT4. If I do roll my own I have to be careful that my backend can talk to my
minimyth front-end (which I can't build myself), and so on.
