Yeah, mine was built when 250G drives were about $250 each, and the case 
cost me nearly $500, and the 3-Ware card was over $200.  Still, I've 
gotten my money's worth out of it.

I'll probably move this setup into one of those 20 bay cases, and build 
a second software array on new drives, migrate the data and move the 
mount points around, then decommission the old drives into a few older 
machines I can donate to local schools or churches that could use them.  
Might even get a tax write-off out of some of it.
