you need to make any other change to your Comcast account.

A DTA order locks your comcast account, so if you change any portion of 
your service in any way. Those changes will not be allowed by Comcast 
UNTIL YOU ACTIVATE THE DTAs. Which you may not even have!!!!

Comcast is about the dumbest customer hostile company I've ever seen!

I tried to add a service that would increase our bill, but NO. They 
won't do it until ALL DTAs which we don't have yet are activated.

And there is no way to fix this according to anyone who answers a phone 
at Comcast.
