    I have that case and a different (bigger) one of #1. The "ready to 
use" enclosure actually looks rather appealing.

    Getting #1 into #2 is a bit of a pain. Then you have to wire it up
all yourself. OTOH, the external case is just a matter of plugging in
some cables and populating the hot swap bays.

    The TR8M is certainly on my watchlist now.
