Thanks for all the suggestions. Through trial and error, i was able to get
most of the channels I wanted. Here was my sequence of actions, but there
has to be a better way. Please suggest a better method if i did something
grossly wrong.
1. Use scte65scan to do most of the work mapping the channels/callsign/etc
on one tuner/videosource. The lineup here was the "Digital Cable" lineup.
2. On the other tuner, scanned for the "HD broadcast" lineup. This gave me
most of my HD channels that came over the cable line with mostly correct
callsigns.
3. Now I overlaid the HD channels onto the same videosource as step #1, by
changing the videosource to match the one in step #1.
4. Now the fun parts begin, for each channel that didn't get a xmltvid
mapping after running mythfilldatabase, manually matched the xmltvid with
the number given on the schedulesdirect.org lineup.
5. Now, deleted the "HD broadcast" channel lineup, since I moved the
channels to the other videosource.
6. Changed the videosource of the 2nd tuner to match the first.
Now i have both the HD channels and the cable channels.
