That would be the trunk version.  As a matter of fact, that's the SVN 
URI (URI meant to be used by the svn client) for the trunk version.  The 
user-friendly one is:

Why not?  
http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/browser/branches/release-0-21-fixes/mythtv/contrib/myth.find_orphans.pl 
is the 0.21-fixes version.
