[mythtv-users] increasing audio volume when running mytharchive

To answer myself, I created a directory

  ~mythtv/.mythtv/MythArchive

and put a copy of 

  /usr/share/mythtv/mytharchive/encoder_profiles/ffmpeg_dvd_ntsc.xml 

there.  Then I edited it to add '-vol 350' to the ffmpeg command line.
This works.

I'd be interested in other solutions people have, especially solutions
that don't involve re-encoding the video.
