Gee, I thought I was aware of every video editing program out there, guess i 
was wrong.

It's a nice compromise between the "I-frame cutters" and a full-blown editor. 
It's got a nice UI and a short learning curve.

It's not Cinelerra, but that's a good thing in some ways.
