Digital tuners require next to no processor to run.  With four ATSC 
tuners, you will never use more than around 75Mbps, or less than 1/6th 
of USB2.0 capacity.  You're using closer to a 1/10th the capacity of a 
single hard drive. 

With DVB-T tuners in Australia, you're looking at closer to 120Mbps 
peak... still well under any reasonable expectation of performance.
