It looks like you need to grant access to the MythTV database for
MySQL user 'mythtv' connecting from host 'PVR1'. See
http://www.mythtv.org/docs/mythtv-HOWTO-6.html#modify_perm_mysql for
details on how to do this.

Note that you may already have access privileges for MySQL user
'mythtv'@localhost.
