If you have DVB-T and you choose the digital card, there is a fair
chance you can get listings via EIT.  The quality and presence of EIT
data is wildly variable.  It could be perfect and be for two weeks, it
could be horrible, it could not be present at all.  I personally
cannot speak to which it would be in Taiwan.
