[mythtv-users] Flattening menus, specifically put Burn DVD on Main Menu

Wow, Paul, now that's service! Thanks!

Now I just need to have the guts to migrate my 0.21 (I forget the build but
pre-fixes) production system from its stable state to trunk! :-0
