In fixes there is an "Audio only" option in Mythfrontend > Setup > TV 
Settings > Recording Profiles > Hardware DVB Encoders > Default > 
Recording Type

I don't use this myself: I use 'Normal', which also records the default 
and interactive screen stuff. Then I strip out all except the mp2 for 
recordings that I want to save. That's in the UK, and YMMV.
