That is true to the extent that the problem is less evident, however that does not mean it not still occurring, it is, it is just 
less noticeable.  If anyone is in doubt about this run one of the reference test clips which demonstrate it still occurs.  Most 
video content is visually centric whilst desktop is more whole screen in nature, which makes for a bigger and more evident problem!
