[mythtv-users] custems rules in Hebrew are not appied

scenerio:
- I set a new rule to record by the series number program.seriesid =
'41103721'
- when I change the condition for the rule to program.title LIKE '%Hebrew
name %'
- the rule becomes inactive
- echo 'status;' | mysql -umythtv -p mythconverg is http://dpaste.com/66973/
- so the mysql config seems in order
I was also told be sphery not to open a bug for 0.21 fixes and wait for 0.22
