[mythtv-users] Changeset 17172 Request - 0.21-fixes

I apologize if this is the wrong way to go about this, but I have been
told that the patch provided here:

http://cvs.mythtv.org/trac/changeset/17172

has never been applied to 0.21-fixes. This patch is supposed to
resolve a problem where a firewire recorder and a card with
composite/s-video inputs are in the same input group, and the firewire
tuner is marked "busy" when the analog tuner portion of the other card
is in use.

If I am travelling down the wrong track, please advise. I normally use
Mythbuntu 0.21-fixes weekly builds; otherwise, I would roll it myself.
